Search every phrase with a tracked page — 366 of them. Each result opens that phrase’s public-window adoption curve and first record; where at least three distinct offices can be grounded, the page also carries peak-day source receipts.
This searches phrases we have built pages for, not the full n-gram ledger: a phrase becomes trackable once at least three members of one party used it on a day. So a phrase being absent here means it never cleared that bar — not that nobody ever said it.
